The program for those who are unsure whether strength training is for you and want to try it. Or maybe you already do cardio or group training but want to supplement with one session of strength training per week. The program is made up of simple basic exercises that train large parts of the body each session and are easy to do. It is a program that is easy to follow, so even those without experience of training in a gym can easily get started. For all exercises there is an instructional video that shows how to perform the exercise and a description of what to think about. ATTENTION! it is not an individual program just for you, but a ready-made program that is made to suit most people. Of course with coaching throughout the program period to ensure you achieve optimal results. Every week you send a report on how you think your training is progressing and you get feedback with tips and answers to any questions.
